If there is something that really, truly deserves a day to commemorates its usefulness, it is our heart, the untiring little ticker that keeps us alive!All over the world, September 29th is celebrated as the World Heart Day, which focuses on creating heart-healthy environments and amongst that we are.
A healthy heart does not come from medicines, but out of intelligent lifestyle choices, such as regular exercise and good food.
Let us do our part on this important day, by resolving to eat smart and stay healthy. We must pledge to be aware of what we eat, and also spread the awareness amongst our friends.
