Madrasi Pakoda with Spicy Chutney

Taste of this pakoda is just like South Indian food!!
Method- Soak rice and dal over night, drain and vblend into a smooth paste.
- Add all the vegetables and spices and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and drop spoonful of mixture in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown adn crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot with spicy chutney.
