Macaroni Delite recipe - How to make Macaroni Delite

100 gms macaroni
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chopped onions
3 green chillies
3 pods of garlic (lehsun)
1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp grated cheese
coriander (dhania) for decoration
oil for frying vegetables
1 tbsp green peas
2 tbsp capsicum
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 cups water

  1. Boil the water and add to it the macaroni, 2 pinches of salt and pepper each and one tsp of oil.
  2. Cook for 5 mins, drain the water and keep aside.
  3. Dice the capsicum. grate cheese.
  4. Gring ginder, garlic and green chillies together with a pinch of salt.
  5. Take 1 tbsp oil and fry the ginger garlic chilli paste, add to it the finely chopped onions, and fry till golden brown.
  6. Now add to it tomato sauce, grated cheese, green peas, capsicum, pinch of pepper powder and salt to taste.
  7. Cook for 2 mins, add the macaroni kept aside. mix well.
  8. Serve hot. decorate with finely chopped coriender and grated cheese with some tomato sauce on it.
