Homemade flavoured butter has a much more vibrant flavour and luscious mouth-feel when compared to commercially-made, store-bought ones.
If you are a fan of flavoured butters, then this Lemon Chilli Coriander Butter is a must-try. You will be awestruck by the peppy tang of lemon, the spicy touch of red chillies and the fresh herby burst of coriander.
This butter can transform your tea-time toast into a delectable savoury treat. It is also great to use in Sandwiches , pastas , noodles and rice dishes.
Store it in the refrigerator when not in use, so that it can be preserved for 15 days.
You will also enjoy making other dishes like Pasta and Homemade Soft French Bread .
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the flavoured butter onto a 300mm. (12") x 250mm. (10") butter paper and roll it tightly towards the other end to form a cylindrical roll.
- Twist both the ends of the roll and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread a little butter on toasted bread slices and serve immediately or store refrigerated and use as required.
