10 to 15 fresh green garlic (hara lehsun) , chopped
5 to 6 green chillies , chopped
salt to taste
3 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
oil for cooking
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the garlic and green chillies and saute till they turn golden brown.
  2. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. Combine all the ingredients along with sauteed garlic and knead into a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll them into a circle of 5" diameter.
  5. Heat a tava and cook each paratha using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot.
