Kulfi is a delicious ice cream recipe loved by children and adults alike and now can be easily prepared at home with your choice of flavours and fresh whole milk.
Method- Bring the milk to boil in a deep pan and boil till reduces to 3/4 th.
- Add the corn flour, dissolved in 2 tbsp milk ,sugar, saffron and nuts and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
- Transfer into kulfi moulds and keep in the freezer 7-8 hours or till set.
- Serve chilled.
