200 gms fresh apricot
200 gms sugar
3 cups water
4 tbsp fresh cream

  1. Soak apricots for 30mins in 3 cups of water
  2. Then pressure cook for 5min
  3. Deseed it
  4. Mash the pulp in the same water
  5. Break the nuts and take the seeds
  6. Now boil sugar syrup
  7. Till string consistency
  8. Add the pulp and seeds
  9. Boil for 5 mins
  10. Serve chilled with fresh whipped cream
