Kokum and Cranberry Sorbet

A great summer cooler with the combination of kokum and cranberry juice.
- Pour kokum syrup into a mixing bowl.
- Add few ice cubes, cranberry juice, rock salt, few lemon slices and stir, crushing the lemon slices slightly.
- Strain into individual stemmed glasses.
- Top up with soda.
- Decorate rim of each glass with a lemon slice
- Serve immediately.
