Kathal Cutlets

Yummy. . . As an accompaniment, appetizer or all by itself.
Method- Mash and mix well the boiled kathal, boiled potatoes and besan.
- Put the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) and mix well.
- Make small patties and shallow fry them in oil.
- Put the cutlets on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
