100 gms cashewnuts (kaju)
100 gms almonds (badam)
150 gms powdered sugar
4 tbsp milk
few saffron (kesar) strands soaked in warm water
  1. Place the cashewnuts and almonds in freezer for about 30 mins, blend into fine powder.
  2. Pour this powder into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add milk and knead into a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into equal sized squares.
  5. At last, using finger mark with saffron water on the top of the burfi and garnish with cashew and almond.
