    Method
  1. Place the tomato in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Cool slightly, peel and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the oil, onions and ginger-garlic paste in a microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tomato pulp, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Add all the other ingredients, mix well and microwave on high for 5 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Great recipe! I tried it on the stove which was good too! I added some Deghi Mirch powder for a nice orange-red colour. Thanks!

Kadhai khumb ki subzi..the spices added in the subzi is just too aromatic.. it spices coats the mushroom very well.. I have loved the taste with roti.. I made made this on a sunday.. and everybody just loved this subzi..
