For kabuli chana- To make kabuli chana recipe, heat ghee in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
- Add ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds.
- Add the onions and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree.
- Add the coriander powder.
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and saute for 10 seconds.
- Add little water, mix well and cook well.
- Add the cooked chana along with the preserved water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garam masala and half the chopped coriander, mix well and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Serve the kabuli chana hot.
