Welcome to this issue which has turned out to be quite travel oriented! On a memorable trip to Dubai with my family in June, I visited two impressive hotels - Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, and Atlantis –The Palm. Chefs from well known restaurants in both hotels agreed to share some exotic vegetarian recipes with Cooking & more. On behalf of my team, I would like to sincerely thank them. I’m sure you will enjoy making the dishes at home.
Also in this issue is an introduction to Durban’s impressive Hilton Hotel, discovered by Editor-in-chief Sanjay Dalal who was in South Africa to run his most gruelling marathon ever.
