Jhatpat Bread Pizza recipe - How to make Jhatpat Bread Pizza

  1. Combine the curds, semolina, vegetables, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of the mixture on a bread slice.
  3. Heat a tava and place the bread, semolina side facing downwards and cook till the mixture turns golden brown and crisp.
  4. Gently turn it upside down and press a little and cook again.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and cashews on it.
  6. Serve hot.
