Ingredients

500 gms grated jaggery (gur)
5 cups water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method


  1. Mix jagerry with water and stir vigorously till all melts to one cosistency, keep pouring this mixture from one vessel to another for 7-9 times.
  2. Add lime juice and serve chilled.
