2 cups rice (chawal)
2 celery (ajmoda)
2 carrots , roughly chopped
1 capsicum and 1 red capsicum
1/2 cup green peas
1 onion
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup grated mozzrella cheese

  1. Cook 2 cups basmati rice in 4 cups water with little salt, let cool completely.
  2. Chop all vegetables into strips. mix well, keep aside.
  3. In another small bowl mix mayonnaise,oil,vinegar and other seasonings.
  4. Add all veggies to cooled rice,pour mayonnaise mixture on top,add grated cheese and mix well with a wooden use a large bowl to mix rice well.serve with any hot soup.
