Prepare the instant rava idli and enjoy as breakfast or evening snacks with coconut chutney. A low cal and healthy idli recipe with rava or semolina, the rava idlis are spongy, soft and quite easy to prepare.
Method- Combine the semolina and curds in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Add the fruit salt and mix gently till the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Grease the idli moulds and pour spoonful of batter into moulds and steam in an idli steamer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
