1 ltr vanilla ice-cream
1 sachet gelatine
100 gms cream
2 tbsp drinking chocolate
1 tbsp cocoa powder
8 to 10 bourbon biscuits
1 chocolate for garnishing (dairymilk)
2 tbsp powdered sugar

  1. Take a bowl and melt the vanila ice-cream.
  2. Melt giletine seperately.
  3. Beat the cream & add sugar,coco powder,chocolate powder,melted giletine & mix well& add it in the melted ice-cream and mix well.
  4. Crush the biscuits in a grinder.
  5. Take a serving bowl and put powdered biscuits at the bottom .
  6. Put the mixture of vanilla ice-cream on the powdered biscuits.
  7. Put to set in the refrigarator.
