Indian Chaat Tacos recipe - How to make Indian Chaat Tacos

For The Tacos
100 gms plain flour (maida)
50 gms cornflour
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ghee
salt to taste
green chutney to knead the dough

For The Toppings
green chutney to taste
meetha chutney to taste
garlic chutney to taste
nylon sev to sprinkle

For The Filling
1 cup boiled moong (whole green gram)
2 boiled potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup salted boondi
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
For the tacos

    For the tacos
  1. Take a bowl and combine the plain flour and cornflour add chilli powder, salt, ghee and bind the dough with the use of green chutney.
  2. Roll out the portions of dough into thin rotis and with the help of a cookie cutter cut it in round shape it should be big enough.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the tacos prepared and give the 'U'shape while frying. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

  1. Combine the moong, potatoes, bundi, onions and add chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, chilli powder in a bowl and mix well.

  1. Take the prepared tacos assemble the filling and then add green chutney, meetha and garlic chutney to it.
  2. Garnish with sev and coriander and serve immediately.
