Idli Bhel recipe - How to make Idli Bhel

2 cups Leftover idlis, cut into small piece
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/2 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 cup fresh pomogranate (anar)
finely chopped onions as required
1 to 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 to 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1 to 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 to 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
chilli sauce as required
sev as required for garnishing

  1. Cut the left over idlis into small pieces and half fry them till light brown colour.
  2. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients except the chilli sauce, tomato sauce corinader leaves sev.
  3. Arrange the fried idli pieces in the plates to be served.
  4. On the top put the above mixed mixture.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, chilli sauce .
  6. Garnish it in the end with sev, coriander leaves and serve immediately.
