1 scoop vanilla ice-cream or mango ice-cream
4 to 5 strawberry or blue berry or raspberry (chopped)
3 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
whipped cream (optional)
sugar (optional)

  1. Melt butter in a pan and stir in brown sugar until it dissolves.
  2. Add the fruits and mix till the coating applies on the friut.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.

To serve

    To serve
  1. In a serving bowl place the ice cream and top with the carmalized fruit and server.
  2. You could add wipped cream beaten with sugar for additional taste.
