Ice-cream Mocktail is a sweet and tangy blend of strawberries, strawberry ice-cream, lemon juice and soda, served with a scoop of strawberry ice-cream. Enjoy this drink when fresh strawberries are in season.
Method- Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar syrup, soda and 4 scoops of ice-cream and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour the drink in the serving glass and add a scoop
- Of remaining ice-cream on the top and garnish with sliced strawberries and serve.
