In summer season cooler is must but with cooler we need protein, calcium, fiber etc , so here is drink which is full of protein and made from soya milk, milk and banana.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 chopped bananas
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 cups soya milk , chilled
2 cups milk , chilled
crushed ice cubes
  1. Combine banana, peanut butter, chocolate syrup,1 cup soya milk and blend in a mixer till smooth, transfer to bowl.
  2. Add remaining soya milk, milk and ice, mix well.
  3. Pour into individual serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled.
