Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     8Makes 8 slices

3/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp chopped dill leaves
1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/2 green chilli , chopped
salt to taste

For Serving
cream cracker biscuits
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Spread over plastic film and roll into a cylinder of 37 mm. (1 1/2") diameter.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Unwrap the plastic film and cut into slices.
  5. Place on cream crackers and serve with soup or as a starter.

I have no words to explain how mind blowing these crackers were. I tried these out as my friends were coming over. They could not stop!!!! They thought they were eating crackers with cheese but actually it was a healthier version, as paneer is used.. Iam definitely making them again!!

Great starter for cocktail parties. Taste of luscious paneer made tangier with curds and enhanced with parsley and dill.
