Pack in extra nutrition by adding the Healthy Veg Sprouts in your diet as tiffin, salad or evening snack. The bean sprouts are powerhouse of nutrients and this recipe brings out the healthy combination of sprouts with veggies and lime juice.
- Chop the vegetables,keep aside.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Add finely chopped onions,fry for 2 minutes.
- Add sprouted pulses,vegetables,tomotoes and half cup of water.
- Add salt,turmeric and chillie powder.
- Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Good health is ready for you....!
