Drink your way to good health with this Health Drink recipe. The healthy combination of fruits and milk make this health drink a preferred drink recipe among children and adults alike.
- Cut apple, carrot & tomatoes and put it in the blender
- Add water,few cubes of ice & honey and blend well.
- If you want the juice to be thick add little water only!!
