Hasty Tasty Quick Vegetable Soup

It is a soup with mixture and flavour of all vegetables and which involves very less time in making it for todays fast moving world.
Method- Combine the vegetables in a pressure cooker along with 3 cups water, mix well and pressure for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer in a deep pan, add the salt and pepper, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
