2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
1 slit green chilli chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil or butter
salt to taste
  1. Take a bowl and mix in it ginger garlic paste, Coriander Leaves,mint leaves, Green chili, chopped onion, and cumin seeds.
  2. Blend this entire mixture in a blender to a fine paste.
  3. In a microwave bowl, add 2 tablespoon of oil or butter. Add jeera and the freshly prepared paste. Microwave on high for one minute.
  4. Now add boiled corn kernels salt and little water and mix it properly with the masala.
  5. Cover the bowl and again microwave on high for four minutes. Take out the bowl and add powdered sugar and lemon juice into it.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.
