Guacamole, an outta-this-world topping for nachos, is something you would surely have enjoyed at Mexican restaurants. This recipe will show you that this exotic stuff is quite simple to make at home, and in fact, it tastes so scrumptious and even more delicious when you make it fresh.


Recipe Description for Guacamole Loaded Nachos with Beans, Nachos with Guacamole and Beans

2 cups nacho chips or nacho chips or tortilla chips
1/2 cup baked beans (canned)
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 cup grated processed cheese

For The Guacamole
1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste


For the guacamole

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mash well using a fork and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. In a shallow baking dish, arrange the tortilla chips, baked beans, chilli sauce and guacamole. Finally sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.
  2. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  3. Serve immediately.
