1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp lime slice1/2 kg pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup coriander (dhania) 1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli paste
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp ghee
salt-pepper to taste

  1. Peel and chop the pumpkin into cubes.
  2. Sprikle some salt,green chilly paste over the piece and mix well.
  3. Heat one the oil in a kadai and and fry the pumkin piecs on high heat till till water evaporates
  4. Add the chopped onion,red chilly powder,sugar,salt and peppr and fry once more till the colour cganges,
  5. Add the tomato puree,orange juice and one cup of water and bring to aboil.
  6. Lower the gas and simmer for five minutes.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped coriander
