1 onion
6 to 7 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1/2 to 1 cup coriander (dhania) paste
2 to 3 tbsp Green Coconut (Paste) and 1 table spoon (Grated)
ginger-green chilli paste as required
3 to 4 tbsp peanuts
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
cinnamon (dalchini) powder, cloves (laung / lavang) powder , and cardamom (elaichi) powder
garam masala (Preferablly Badshah Kitchen king)
salt to taste

Also add fried powder (Dry) of the following in the above gravy. :
poppy seeds (khus-khus)
coriander (dhania) seeds
roasted chana dal (daria)
200 gms green peas
200 gms cauliflower
100 gms french beans
100 gms potatoes

  1. Cook all the cut vegetable with water vapour only.
  2. Mix all the cooked vegetables in the gravy and again cook for a while.
  3. Lastly decorate the subzi plate with cream, grated coconut and coriander.
