An ideal dip for momos, garlic breads, and starters.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan, add onions and garlic and saute till they turn pink in colour.Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth thick paste.Add 1/4 cup of water if required.
- Blend till only a few small pieces of garlic are undone. This shall add a crunchy twist to the dish.
- Serve with snacks of your choice.
