1 tsp oil
1/2 onion , finely chopped
2 garlic (lehsun) , chopped
3/4 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup coriander (dhania) leaves
1 1/2 green chillies , finely chopped
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 cup finely chopped lettuce
3 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tbsp ginger (adrak) paste
4 tbsp cheese spread
  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan, add onions and garlic and saute till they turn pink in colour.Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth thick paste.Add 1/4 cup of water if required.
  3. Blend till only a few small pieces of garlic are undone. This shall add a crunchy twist to the dish.
  4. Serve with snacks of your choice.
