grain flour:
1 cupjuvar,1 cup bajri,1 cup moong,1 cup moong dal and 2 cup rice(basmati). mix all grains and grind it like a dhokla flour. it's very healthy soup. it can be very tasty with bajri rotla and baigan bharata.

Ingredients

1 cup mix grain flour
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
little lime
little coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tbsp ghee or butter
Method


  1. Take six cup cold water in vessel.
  2. Mix up one cup grain flour.
  3. Mix all other ingredients in water.
  4. Let it boil on slow flame for 15 minute.
  5. Constant keep stiring it to avoid lumps.
  6. At the time of serving put butter or ghee and corriander leaves.
