Goondh Pak recipe - How to make Goondh Pak

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     5Makes 4 to 6 servings

100 gms powdered almonds (badam)
100 gms powdered edible gum (gaund)
1 tsp peepramul powder
100 gms finely grated dry coconut (kopra)
750 gms misri powdered
500 gms ghee
  1. In a large vessel, combine the almonds, goondh, peepramul, coconut and mix well.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Heat ghee in separate vessel till lukewarm and add it to the mixture.
  4. Mix gently till a very soft lump should be formed.
  5. Press lightly down into a lidded container.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container. .

When do you add misri powder and there is no mass in it.

you say there is mawa, but in the ingredients, there is no mawa
