It is essential to use ripe tomatoes for the pulp. You can also play around with the different varieties of tomatoes in order to create sweet, tart or colored pulps. First blanch the tomatoes in boiled water and then after removing from heat, peel, deseed and drain the tomatoes. Let it cool. To make pulp add the tomatoes to the grinder till it blends into a fine thick puree. Strain the mixture to remove seeds forming a smooth pulp and use as preferred.
