2 inches ginger (adrak)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 cups water
1 tsp sugar

  1. Boil crushed ginger and jeera in water for 5 mins and allow to cool
  2. Then filter and add sugarand consume.
  3. The mixture can be used for one more time
  4. Health reasons
  5. This ras immediately stops stomach upsets and also gastric problems
