2 cups grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 kg milk
1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of mixed nuts

  1. First boil milk and then add grated ghiya.
  2. Let them cook till the mixture becomes thick and then add sugar and cook further.
  3. Cook for other 5-10 mins then remove from fire and add all the dry fruits.
  4. You can serve it hot or cold as you like.
  5. Ghiya is good sourse of iron and milk you know rich in calcium.
