Fruity Paneer Canapes for Kids

A very colourful, attractive especially for all fussy kids providing proteins and all micro-nutrients!
Method- Arrange all the canapés in a serving plate, put paneer mixture at the bottom, also keep nuts and fruits, then top it with custard sauce and chocolate sauce.
- Garnish with silver balls and serve immediately.
Handy tip- For the custard sauce – boil 3 cups milk, when it starts thickening, add custard powder, mix well and keep aside at room temperature to cool. Add 2 tsp honey, cool it in fridge for 2 hours. Use as required.
