When making these cookies in summer let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 mnts, as the butter tends to melt,,,and in between the baking time also. wheat germ and be avoided if not available and also the dry fruits are your choice.
- Place butter and sugar in a bowl,and beat till light and fluffy.
- Stir in the rest of the ingreduents
- ,mix to combine.
- Roll in to balls,place on a greased tray, and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celetius.
