An excellent and simple fruit shake recipe with fresh fruits and milk or cream blended together . Fruit shakes can be relished with ice creams like kulfi.

1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice or mixed fruit juice
1/2 cup brewed organic green tea or fruit juice
1/4 cup berries of your choice
1 - banana
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 cup strawberry or plain soy protein isolate powder
3 - capsules green tea powder, optional (open capsules and use powder only)

  1. 1 place all ingredients in blender container and blend thoroughly.
