Fruits are powerhouse of nutrients and this Fruit salad recipe brings forth a healthy and tasty way of enjoying fresh seasonal fruits.
- In a blender put all the salad ingredients including the herbs,mint, juice, salt and blend.
- Wash and chop/dice/slice fruit
- In a salad bowl, put all the fruit, drip dressing over fruit and lightly toss.
- Put in refrigerator to chill until serving; can be had without chilling also.
