A delicious crunchy hot snack to be enjoyed with tea or coffee. A simple way to use left over idlis.
Method- Cut the idli lengthwise and add the salt and chilli powder, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the idlis till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and sprinkle little salt and chilli powder and toss well.
- Serve hot garnished with red chillies and coriander.
