Ingredients
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup sago (sabudana)
1/2 cup sesame seeds (til)
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
oil for shallow frying
Method
    Method
  1. Soak sabudana in little water for 1-2 hours.
  2. Combine the sabudana, mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into round flt coins.
  4. Roll them in sesame seeds so as to coat from all the sides.
  5. Heat a non-stick tava, add little ghee and shallow fry this coins till they are light brown and crispy from both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with sweet-sour curds.
