Exotic Vegetable Russian Sandwich

Inspired from original russian sandwich. Here we use exotic vegetables and strawberries.
Method- Mix all blanched vegetables, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and keep aside.
- Apple butter on bread.
- Place lettuce leaves on it.
- Spread 2 tbs of above mixture on it and cover it with another slice of bread.
- Spread strawberries, zucchini, add cheese slice and cover it with another slice of bread butter.
- Garnish it with grated cheese and serve fresh.
- Serve it with fresh lime juice.
