  1. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the apple cubes to avoid discolouring.
  2. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the dressing and toss.
  4. Garnish with the walnuts and celery.
  5. Surround the salad with sweet lime or orange slices.
  6. Put in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve cold.

This Eve's Salad is a great combination of grapes, apples, pineapple and banana along with the sour cream dressing..the taste was just perfect...
