Eggless Chocolate Marble Cake recipe - How to make Eggless Chocolate Marble Cake

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 servings

1 cup plain flour (maida)
baking powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp drinking chocolate
  1. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Cream the sugar and 3 tbsp of butter using a wooden spoon till light fluffy.
  3. Add the flour mixture and milk gradually.
  4. Mix with a palette knife until you achieve a dropping consistency, mix the vanilla essence.
  5. Put the remaining 1/2 tbsp of butter into a small bowl and microwave on high for 30 sec to melt it.
  6. Add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate and mix well.
  7. Now roughly mix into prepared cake mix and pour into a sugar plastic mould leave it.
  8. Microwave for 5 minutes.
  9. Take out and cool for 5 minutes.
