Veg. Sweet corn soup is a popular soup recipe with vegetables and sweet corn added as ingredients. Prepare this delectable soup recipe to warm yourself in winters.
Method- Combine the green peas, carrots, cauliflower, corn, baby corn and french beans in a deep pan, add enough water and cook till the vegetables become soft and are cooked.
- Add the salt and cornflour paste, mix well and boil for more 2 minutes.
- Add the pepper and cabbage, mix well and serve hot.
