Easy Paneer Mughlai recipe - How to make Easy Paneer Mughlai

  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ground paste and fry again for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the haldi powde and chilli powder, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the paneer, capsicum and 1 cup of water, mix well and cover and cook till the capsicum are done.
  5. Add the kaju paste and salt mix well.
  6. Crush the saffron and mix in it the curd.
  7. Add this mixture in the vegetables and simmer on a medium flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot and enjoy.
