Easy Grilled Sandwich recipe - How to make Easy Grilled Sandwich

8 slices whole wheat bread
4 paneer (cottage cheese) slices
1 sliced onion
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced tomato
1 capsicum , cut into thin strips
salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
4 cheese slices
4 tbsp green chutney
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  1. Place 4 bread slices on a clean and dry surface and arrange paneer, onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum slices on them.
  2. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala and top with a cheese slice.
  3. Apply green chutney on each of the remaining four slices and then top it with tomato ketchup.
  4. Place these slices over the cheese slices with the seasoning side facing down and press tightly.
  5. Place the sandwich on the grill and grill till both the sides are golden brown and crisp.
  6. Cut into 2 and serve hot.
