Ingredients
500 gms mava (khoya)
300 gms powdered sugar
a pinch edible green colour
1/2 tsp powdered cardamoms

To Be Mixed Together For The Stuffing
1/4 cup chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
10 to 12 almonds (badam)
4 tsp honey
2 tsp sugar syrup
a pinch saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in 1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp powdered cardamoms
Method
    Method
  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the khoya and saute on a high fame for two minutes.
  2. Add the cardamom powder and saute for more 2 minutes.
  3. ADd the sugar and lower the flame and keep stirring until the mixture gets thick.
  4. It will take approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Now take the mixture from the flame and allow it to cool.
  6. Take some mixture of khoya flatten it on your palm(as thin possible).
  7. Put much of dry fruit mixture(as much possible) and give whichever shape you want to.
  8. Garnish with silver varq.
  9. Serve chilled.
